Gratitude is one of the best things you can do for your health. It can improve your sleep, decrease both mental and physical pain, and reduce your risk of disease.
Despite the studies upon studies that demonstrate its health benefits, I don’t practice it enough. I want to make gratitude a habit: relied upon in the “pits” & relished during the “peaks”. If you would like to join me, I would welcome company!
Each day I’m going to write a single sentence (compound, if needed) of what I’m grateful for. I will publish these Gratitude Journals once or twice a month to all paid subscribers. If you have interest in participating, yet can’t afford a paid subscription, just reply to this email and I will include you. No questions asked.
