Announcing a Sabbatical

I’ll miss you, too!

I’m stepping away from Substack. I’m extremely proud of the work I’ve published here, as well as extremely grateful for all of your support over the last few years. I will not be de-activating my site, so you will be able to browse and read at your leisure. My expectation is to return to Substack eventually, though only after a period of considerable discernment and reflection. In the life of a writer, as important as the time spent writing is the time spent not writing. This season of my life requires the latter. I will be pausing paid subscriptions indefinitely. I’m sending you all a digital hug and smile.
